Some HUGE free tracks for your ears...

Well, there's no denying I've somewhat neglected this page over the last few months, for which I apologise.

Hopefully I can make up for it with this post, full of some GREAT new music that is completely free and all...

First up, because it's my blog and I can, is one from me!
All Quiet was originally a lo-fi shuffler on my 2009 downtempo EP 'Mildebeats'... I've remixed it for 2012 and given it some glitchy bass treatment, while hopefully still maintaining it's original soulfulness. It's FREE just click the 'Buy' tab and either provide your email address or offer a donation of your choice.

Next up is a quite exquisite EP from my homeslice Frenic. Not only one of the loveliest people I know, he's also maddeningly talented, and for me, this EP is his finest work to date. Sumptuous, rich beats under dusty samples, precision scratches and brilliant orchestration - I can't recommend this enough.

On we go, this time to the fantastic Nynfus Corporation. They've been impressing listeners around the globe for a hot minute with their tight production and unique sound, that still definitely fits into the Ghetto Funk bracket, but is definitely at the more interesting end of the spectrum.
This free download is a tastefully reworked take on the Jacko classic 'Dirty Diana'. You may think there is no more room in the world for another Michael Jackson remix, but this is expertly done. Trust me...

Finally a track that takes me back to my first days of warehouse raves in the 90s and early 00s... Hiddin Riddim, the man behind the inspirational label Riddim Fruit, remixes Ben & Lex to great effect - the result is a rolling, dubby glitcher that has the trademark Riddim Fruit sound - which means lots of sub bass!
